The Miller® Syncrowave® 212 (951000201) is a complete 210 amp AC/DC water-cooled TIG welder package that features advanced DC pulsed TIG welding and AC frequency control. The water-cooled package includes the Coolmate™ 1S water cooler, which is mounted underneath your welder. The Coolmate 1S plugs directly into the CPS (Cooler Power Supply) receptacle on the back of the Syncrowave 212, allowing you to use the Cooler-On-Demand™ feature. With Cooler-On-Demand, your Coolmate 1S turns on and off automatically when a TIG weldling arc is initiated or extinguished – saving energy, reducing noise and reducing wear-and-tear. The Syncrowave 212 water-cooled package also comes with Miller’s Auto-Set™ and Pro-Set™ systems. Auto-Set takes the guesswork out of setting up welding parameters. Simply select material thickness, joint type and tungsten size, Auto-Set does the rest. For professional welders who prefer to set welding parameters manually, Pro-Set automatically indicates when the ideal weld settings have been entered for your specific welding application.

The Syncrowave 212’s inverter technology produces Constant Current (CC) welding output for AC/DC TIG and stick welding, as well as Constant Voltage (CV) output for MIG welding (with an OPTIONAL Spoolmate™ 150 spool gun). Auto-Line™ power management allows the Syncrowave 212 to operate on either 120 Volt or 240 Volt single-phase input power. The Syncrowave 212 is capable of 210 amps of AC/DC TIG welding output, using 240 Volt input, and up to 160 amps of Stick welding output. Maximum MIG welding output is 175 amps. It comes complete with a W-250 water-cooled TIG torch with accessories, remote foot control, gas regulator with hose, 15 ft. lead with electrode holder, 15 ft. ground with work clamp, 6.5 ft. 120V and 240V input power cables and Miller’s True Blue® 3-year warranty.
