The Miller® Bobcat™ 265 with ArcReach® is a 265 amp engine driven DC welder and 11,000 watt AC generator that communicates directly with a remote Miller® ArcReach® wire feeder or Stick/TIG remote without the use of a remote control cable. The secret to this technology is built-in circuitry in both the Bobcat 265 ArcReach welder and OPTIONAL ArcReach wire feeder/remote control that passes remote control signals through the welding leads, eliminating the need for costly remote control cables. ArcReach remote control distance is limited only by the length of your welding cable leads. ArcReach allows your MIG or Flux-Cored welding operation to take place further away from the welding power source and reduces downtime and costs by giving the operator full remote voltage and amperage control capabilities at the site of the weld, without using expensive remote control cables. The Bobcat 265 ArcReach MUST be paired with a Miller ArcReach feeder or ArcReach Stick/TIG remote to get the full benefits of this feature.

The Bobcat 265 produces 11,000 peak watts and 9,500 continuous watts of AC auxiliary power to run tools and accessories.  Continuous 9,500 watts of auxiliary power are available at all times, even while operating at 100% welding output.  Auxiliary power outlets include two 120 volt duplex w/GFCI, one 240 volt receptacle with circuit breaker, and one 120/240 volt receptacle with circuit breaker.  Weighing in at just 385 pounds, the Bobcat 265 is 100 pounds lighter and 13% smaller than previous Miller Bobcat models.  It is specifically designed to take up less room in your pick up truck or UTV.  Miller’s exclusive AutoSet™ technology allows you to access pre-programmed welding parameters, based on metal thickness and welding process, for easy set up.  You can also fine tune your output amperage and voltage manually, to suit your welding style.

The Bobcat 265 is powered by a twin cylinder Kohler® 23.5 horse power CH730 gasoline engine, and has an 11 gallon fuel capacity.  A large LCD screen displays welding output,  maintenance intervals. engine hours and fuel level.  The Bobcat 265 provides both CC and CV welding output for stick, DC TIG and MIG welding operations. Need to weld aluminum using a Miller Spoolmatic® or Spoolmate™ 200 spool gun The Bobcat 265 features a direct 10-pin receptacle, no need for a WC-24 weld control.
