The Miller® Bobcat™ 230 (Vanguard®) engine driven welder is a 230 amp DC welder and 11,000 watt AC generator.  Continuous 9,500 watts of auxiliary power are available at all times, even while operating at 100% welding output.  Auxiliary power outlets include two 120 volt duplex w/GFCI, one 240 volt receptacle with circuit breaker, and one 120/240 volt receptacle with circuit breaker.  Weighing in at just 385 pounds, the Bobcat 230 is 100 pounds lighter and 13% smaller than previous Miller Bobcat models.  It is specifically designed to take up less room in your pick up truck or UTV.  Simplified controls allow you to adjust welding output amperage and voltage with just a single knob.

The Bobcat 230 is powered by a twin cylinder Briggs & Stratton® 23 horse power Vanguard® gasoline engine, and has an 11 gallon fuel capacity.  The digital fuel gauge also displays maintenance intervals to reduce downtime.  The Bobcat 230 provides both CC and CV welding output for stick, DC TIG and MIG welding operations. It comes complete with Miller’s True Blue® 3 year warranty.
