Genuine Lincoln® Prism® Mobile Welding Fume Extractor MERV 14 SL One-Pak® comes complete with arc sensor, lamp kit, extraction arm and MERV 14 filter. Both the arc sensor and lamp kit are installed into the extraction arm. When the welding arc is struck, the arc sensor automatically turns the vacuum motor on. Once the arc is extinguished, the arc sensor puts the Prism Mobile in stand-by mode, saving electricity and reducing noise. Extraction arms are available in 10 ft. (K4259-3) or 13 ft. (K4259-5) lengths.

This low vacuum welding fume extraction system captures welding fumes at the source. With a footprint of just 36 in. x 32 in. x 48 in., the Prism Mobile is designed to move around your weld shop quickly and conveniently.  The MERV 14 main filter captures up to 84% of airborne contaminants from 0.3 to 1 micron in size. The Prism Mobile fume extractor is excellent for manufacturing and fabrication applications where MIG, TIG, Stick or Flux-Cored welding fumes are present.  It comes complete with a color-coded filter status indicator that clearly displays remaining filter life. This Prism Mobile runs on 120 volt, single-phase, 60 Hz input power.
