The Lincoln® Power Feed® 25M Wire Feeder (Aluminum Case) is an advanced shop or field MIG wire feeder that has pulsed MIG, STT® (Surface Tension Transfer®) and aluminum push-pull welding capabilities. The Power Feed 25M comes standard with state-of-the-art ArcLink® communication between the feeder and the welding power source. ArcLink means lightning-fast full remote welding process and output control at the feeder – no need to go back-and-forth to the welder.

The Power Feed 25M accepts both standard MIG/Flux-Cored guns, as well as Lincoln’s Magnum PRO® AL push-pull guns. Magnum PRO AL push-pull guns work in tandem with the 25M to provide superior aluminum MIG welding results at extended distances from the feeder. The 25M features Lincoln’s MAXTRAC® wire drive system, to ensure smooth wire feeding and excellent electrical contact with your welding gun. A unique heat switch inside the feeder case reduces moisture to help protect consumables in harsh welding environments. An internal case light dramatically improves visibility while changing guns, drive rolls or welding wire.
