The Everlast HURRICANE MTS 220-C is a 225 amp MIG/TIG/Stick welder and 40 amp plasma cutter in one. The Hurricane operates on standard household 120 volt or 240 volt input power and comes complete with everything you need to MIG weld, AC/DC TIG weld, Stick weld and plasma cut – except the shielding gas, filler metals and compressed air. Full-featured TIG welding is standard, including AC output for aluminum TIG welding, pulsed TIG, lift-arc and high frequency arc starts. The PowerSet feature removes the guesswork in setting the right welding parameters for your job. A large color display guides you through your specific welding application to ensure a great weld every time. There are also no hidden menus. Simply select your welding process, and all process-specific settings are displayed on a single screen.

The HURRICANE MTS 220-C performs MIG, Flux-Cored, AC/DC TIG, Stick and plasma cutting. It has built in spoolgun circuitry, for quality aluminum MIG welds using an OPTIONAL SM200N-MTS spoolgun. The 220-C produces up to 225 amps of MIG welding output, 225 amps of AC/DC TIG welding output, 180 amps of stick welding output and 40 amps of plasma cutting power – for cutting materials up to 1/2″ thick. It comes standard with arc force control for superior performance with E6010 and E7018 stick electrodes. The HURRICANE MTS 220-C plugs into a 120V or 240V outlet and has an industry best five year factory warranty.
