The ESAB® Rustler EM 280 PRO is a 280 amp MIG welding package that operates on single-phase, 230 volt input power. With advanced inverter design, the EM 280 PRO is lightweight but is capable of MIG welding 1/2″ thick material in a single pass. It features an industrial 4 drive-roll wire feeding system and comes complete with a Tweco® Spray Master™ V250 MIG gun. Built-in welding programs are optimized for mild steel, stainless steel, flux-cored, aluminum and silicon bronze MIG welding appliceations. The Rustler EM 280 PRO is spool gun ready, which means you can tackle aluminum MIG welding jobs with OPTIONAL Tweco® 200 amp spool gun.

The Rustler EM 280 PRO comes complete with digital meters, 12 foot Tweco® Spray Master™ V250 MIG gun, MIG gun hanger, shielding gas flow regulator with hose, work cable with clamp, input power cable with 230V plug and ESAB’s 3-year warranty.
