The Miller® PAPR II (Powered Air Purifying Respirator) with T94i-R™ XL welding helmet comes complete with improved second generation 2 blower motor and features a huge 13 square inch viewing area. The T94i-R XL welding hood has an integrated High-Definition View (HDV) grinding shield, Miller’s ClearLight™ 2.0 lens technology and Dualtec™ air manifold. The ClearLight™ 2.0 auto-darkening lens offers ultra-clear optics with more realistic color hues in both light and dark states. Patent-pending Dualtec™ air manifold has six-point air distribution system that increases perceived cooling and operator comfort. High-Definition View grinding shield and welding lens cover provide a sharp, detailed view of the work piece at any angle, with minimal distortion.
The Gen. II PAPR blower motor weighs only 3 lbs. and has three air speeds to better customize the user experience. Innovative shoulder straps help to evenly distribute the weight of the unit for more comfort and less fatigue. Audible and vibrating alarms alert user to low battery and reduced air flow. The HEPA filter captures airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns and filters out weld fumes, mists and dust. The system comes complete with blower assembly, HEPA filter, six pre-filters, spark guard, breathing tube, breathing tube cover, padded belt,
comfortable shoulder straps, two lithium-ion batteries, battery charger, flowmeter, tool bag and T94-R helmet assembly.
