The Miller® Bobcat™ 230 3-Phase engine driven welder is a 230 amp DC welder and 10,000 watt 3-phase/single-phase AC generator.  It is ideal for operating pivot irrigation systems.  Continuous 8,500 watts of auxiliary power are available from the single-phase 120/240 volt receptacles or the 480 volt, 3-phase receptacle.  Auxiliary power outlets include two 120 volt duplex w/GFCI, one 120/240 volt receptacle with circuit breaker and one 480 volt 3-phase twist lock receptacle.  Weighing in at just 385 pounds, the Bobcat 230 3 Phase is 100 pounds lighter and 13% smaller than previous Miller Bobcat models.  It is specifically designed to take up less room in your pick up truck or UTV.  Simplified controls allow you to adjust welding output amperage and voltage with just a single knob.

The Bobcat 230 3-Phase is powered by a twin cylinder Kohler® 23.5 horse power CH730 gasoline engine, and has an 11 gallon fuel capacity.  The digital fuel gauge also displays maintenance intervals to reduce downtime.  The Bobcat 230 provides both CC and CV welding output for stick, DC TIG and MIG welding operations. It comes complete with Miller’s True Blue® 3 year warranty.
