The Hypertherm® Powermax45 SYNC®, with CPC Port, Voltage Divider, 180 degree SmartSYNC™ machine torch and 25 ft. Remote Trigger Pendant is a 45 amp CNC optized plasma cutter that is ideal for cutting mild steel up to 5/8 inch thick. The SmartSYNC™ plasma torch uses Hypertherm’s proprietary one-piece consumable cartridge, for up to 5X longer consumable life and more consistent cuts. A single, color-coded cartridge contains all the necessary consumables for plasma cutting or gouging, in one convenient assembly.  The smart cartridge eliminates the need to individually replace the plasma cup, tip, electrode and swirl ring – saving time and reducing parts inventory.  RFID chips in both the consumable cartridge and SmartSYNC torch take the guesswork out of your machine set up by automatically setting the Powermax45 SYNC to the correct cut/gouge settings – no manual adjustments are necessary. The RFIDs also communicate the cartridge’s useage data and end-of-life status* to ensure maximum performance and superior metal cuts. *NOTE: when using a Powermax45 SYNC, a #528083 cartridge reader MUST be used to retrieve cartridge data (NOT INCLUDED).

The Powermax45 SYNC operates on single-phase, 208/230 V, 50/60 Hz input power. It comes complete with Hypertherm’s 3-year factory warranty. The Remote Trigger Pendant has 25 ft. leads and provides plasma arc on/off remote control. The CPC Port and voltage divider allow this model to communicate with your remote control or CNC mechanized cutting equipment.
