The Lincoln® Dual Maverick® 200/200X (Kubota®) is a compact 450 amp multi-operator, multi-process diesel engine welder that supplies two separate welding arcs of up to 225 amps each, or a single arc of up to 450 amps. Built-in CrossLinc® circuitry means that the Dual Maverick 200/200X communicates with a Lincoln CrossLinc wire feeder or CrossLinc remote control directly through your welding leads. Full remote amperage and voltage control is achieved without the use of a separate remote-control cable. This completely eliminates the need to go back to the welding machine to make output amperage or voltage adjustments. Other advanced features include two 4.3-inch digital user interfaces, specialized stick welding modes and direct-connect spool gun circuitry with pulsed MIG welding capabilities. Best-in-class arc characteristics provide outstanding welding results, time after time.
The Dual Maverick 200/200X produces up to 11,500 peak watts, and 10,000 continuous watts of single-phase AC auxiliary power. The Kubota® D902 three-cylinder, naturally aspirated diesel engine produces 24.8 horsepower at 3,600 RPM and is Tier 4 Final compliant. Variable RPM technology automatically adjusts engines speed based on the output load. This lowers fuel consumption and reduces noise. Auto Start/Stop feature saves fuel by shutting the engine down after a programmable period of welding inactivity. The engine automatically re-starts when the machine senses you are ready to strike a welding arc.
